Erin serves as the Chief Human Capital Officer at MyClean Inc. and she is proud to join the CenRID team. In her current role, she is responsible for strategic planning, recruitment and onboarding, compensation, performance management, and employee relations. After graduating from Tulane University, her first job was to direct the fundraising offices for humanitarian and environmental non-profits and asking strangers if they “had a minute for the environment” on the streets of Chicago, Berkeley and LA.  Erin subsequently moved back to New Orleans just in time for Hurricane Katrina to work as Market Manager with the Crescent City Farmers Market, and finally landed in New York City to develop women’s heart health theater programs utilizing celebrity and local actors.

Erin has a strong background in non-profit development and program management. She prides herself on providing a balanced and fair work environment for all potential and current staff members.

We are an ambitious and dynamic team of public health and development practitioners eager to develop new tools, knowledge, ideas, and methods to improve lives across the globe.

The Center for Research & International Development (CenRID)  is a global nonprofit organization based in New York, NY that focuses on development research and project implementation.
Our purpose is to implement evidence-based interventions and conduct high-quality research aimed at discovering new knowledge to improve the education and healthcare delivery and access for vulnerable populations.

This implementation approach enables us to develop an intervention strategy that is reflective of the priority needs, concerns, and views of the community, which in turn empowers the community to take ownership of program or intervention
